Take some time to Chill

When was the last time you took five minutes for yourself, let alone five hours? With busy schedules and the constant demands of day-to-day life, we all could use a little time to chill every now and then. Join us for a day of relaxation and wellness to help you reset and recharge.

This retreat will introduce you to the benefits of guided meditation, get you moving with a yoga flow, and treat you to the soothing sounds of a crystal sound bath. You will leave feeling completely relaxed, reenergized, and ready to take on whatever life throws your way. It’s amazing what five hours of me time can do. This retreat is for anyone looking to add some extra chill in their lives. No prior experience needed, all levels welcome.
