We're thrilled to announce our first Mindful Meditation Intensive I: Breath + Body. This one-day experience offers comprehensive guidance for anyone looking to deepen, expand, or kickstart a meditation practice. Take some mindful me-time to study, discuss, and practice with two of Chill’s most respected instructors. It’s a great chance to center yourself before the whirlwind holidays and year-end responsibilities.
As the title suggests, this session focuses on breath + body techniques. Specific practices will include walking meditation, mindful eating, mindful listening, and much more. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) best practices are observed.
