Course overview

We’re excited to kick off the summer with our next offering in the Chill Ed series, Mindful Meditation Intensive: Thoughts + Emotions. This experience offers comprehensive guidance for anyone looking to strengthen their meditation practice. Participation in any of our previous Chill Ed programs is absolutely not necessary.

You’ll spend two afternoons in our studio learning to take charge of your thoughts + emotions, instead of the other way around. We’ll explore emotional intelligence and how it relates to self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and motivation. Specific practices will include observation meditations, loving kindness, mindful sorting, and much more. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) best practices are observed.
