Modern wellness

Meditation

Sessions taught by Darrell Jones will infuse tangible, mindful tools you’ll be able to apply to everyday life when you head home.  Intention setting, visualization, focused breathing, and movement are techniques we’ll use to strengthen our practice.

Yoga

Chill yoga classes deepen the mind + body connection. Claire Mark and Kimberly Dunn teach vinyasa yoga, focusing on alignment and moving in sync with your breath.

Sound meditation

Experience the music of the gong, an ancient healing tool that impacts every system in our bodies. Led by Gina Harris, our gong classes regenerate the parasympathetic nervous system for an immediate release of tension. 

Journaling

Barbie Boules explains why journaling is a critical component in achieving full wellness. It’s not about perfect grammar or writing witty prose, but rather about understanding our patterns / habits / obstacles toward reaching our goals. The research supports journaling as a key component of success and Barbie shares ideas on establishing a doable and approachable practice.
